Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred
Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
Attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

Previous dishwashing or kitchen cleaning experience preferred
Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures
Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and strong work ethic
Basic physical ability to handle kitchen tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
Good communication skills
High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth
Maintains compliance with safety procedures
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by standards
Keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
Sweeps and mops kitchen floors
Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
Removes trash and places it in designated containers
Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans
Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
Helps load and unload supplies and product
Performs other duties as assigned
