Job Duties
- Sweep and mop floors
- wash worktables
- clean walls of refrigerators and assigned equipment using designated chemicals
- ensure floors and work surfaces are free of trash and water to prevent accidents
- scrape food from dishes, pots, and pans
- wash dishes by hand or in the dishwasher
- sort silverware before cleaning
- properly load and unload dishwasher
- sort and store clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures
- assist with unloading products from supply trucks
- perform other duties as assigned
