Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
willingness to perform physically demanding tasks
ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
no prior experience required
strong work ethic
ability to communicate effectively

ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff and peers
comfortable in a fast-paced environment

ability to stand and move quickly for long periods

Job Duties

Sweep and mop floors
wash worktables and walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals
ensure floors and work surfaces are free of trash and water to prevent accidents
scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans
wash dishes by hand or dishwasher
sort silverware before cleaning
load and unload dishwasher properly
sort and store clean china, glass, silver, and other kitchen items following proper procedures
assist unloading products from supply trucks
perform other duties as assigned
