Job Duties
- Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables and refrigerator walls using designated chemicals
- Ensure floors and work surfaces are free of trash and water to prevent accidents
- Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or in dishwasher
- Sort silverware before cleaning
- Load and unload dishwasher properly
- Sort and store clean china, glass, silver, and kitchen equipment following proper procedures
- Assist with unloading products from supply trucks
- Perform other duties as assigned
