Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continually throughout an eight-hour shift
- Ability to lift, carry, deliver and serve from trays weighing up to 40 pounds throughout an eight-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to attend work as scheduled, working various schedules and shifts throughout normal business hours (some holidays and most weekends are required)

- Ability to read and comprehend labels on chemicals
- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and restaurant needs
- Food handler's card is required according to local and/or state regulations
Job Duties
- Setup and stock station with all necessary supplies
- set up or break down dishwashing area
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine
- Sort and stack clean dishes
- Carry clean dishes to cook's line and other proper storage areas
- Rewash soiled dishes before delivering
- Change dishwater in dish machine every hour
- Assemble/disassemble dish machine
- Wash pots, pans and trays by hand
- Remove trash and garbage to dumpster
- Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
- Comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Always strives to exceed guest's expectations
- Complete kitchen tasks, such as clean up and breakdown of the kitchen
- Follow direction of management
- Be a team player and assist wherever directed
- Dispose of trash from bins and containers
- High dusting
- Polish furniture and room accessories
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters as needed
- Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered
- Manage and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning calendars
- Once cleaning duties are completed, resume shift as Dishwasher
