Job Requirements

minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
ability to handle physically demanding tasks
must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to follow safety protocols
good physical stamina
no allergies to cleaning chemicals

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitary
maintain dry dish area to prevent slips and accidents
operate dishwashing machines according to safety and health guidelines
monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
assist with keeping kitchen and dish area organized and tidy
follow all food safety and sanitation regulations
report any maintenance issues with dishwashing equipment
