Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are cleaned and sanitized properly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Keep floors and dish area dry to prevent slips and accidents
- Dispose of waste and recycling in safe and proper manner
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed
- Follow safety and sanitation standards according to health regulations
