Job Duties

  • ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized
  • maintain a dry and safe dish area to prevent accidents
  • follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • assist kitchen staff as needed
  • dispose of waste appropriately
  • monitor dishwashing supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary
  • keep the dish area organized and clean
