Job Duties
- clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently
- ensure dishwashing area is clean, dry, and safe to prevent accidents
- dispose of waste and recycling according to restaurant policies
- support kitchen staff by maintaining an organized and sanitary workspace
- monitor and maintain dishwashing machine functionality and report any issues
- adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations
- assist with general cleaning duties as needed
