Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Basic understanding of sanitation and safety procedures

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are cleaned to the highest standards
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of dishwashing area
- Keep the dish area dry to prevent accidents and ensure safety
- Collect and sort dirty dishes from kitchen and dining areas
- Assist kitchen staff with proper storage and organization of clean dishware
- Monitor dishwashing equipment for proper operation and report any issues
- Support other kitchen and restaurant staff as needed
