Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- prior dishwashing or kitchen sanitation experience preferred
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- understanding of basic safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
- ability to handle fast-paced and repetitive tasks

Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and glassware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- keep dish area dry to prevent slips and accidents
- assist kitchen staff as needed with maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- manage dishwashing equipment and report any malfunctions
- support team by maintaining a smooth flow of clean dishes to kitchen and service areas
