Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior dishwashing or kitchen sanitation experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • understanding of basic safety and sanitation standards
  • willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • ability to handle fast-paced and repetitive tasks

Job Duties

  • ensure all dishes, utensils, and glassware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
  • keep dish area dry to prevent slips and accidents
  • assist kitchen staff as needed with maintaining overall kitchen cleanliness
  • follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • manage dishwashing equipment and report any malfunctions
  • support team by maintaining a smooth flow of clean dishes to kitchen and service areas
