Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized properly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dishwashing area
- Monitor and keep the dish area dry to prevent slips and accidents
- Support kitchen staff by promptly providing clean dishes and utensils
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with waste disposal and kitchen cleanup as needed
- Report maintenance issues with dishwashing equipment immediately
