Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitary
- Maintain a dry and safe dish area to prevent slips and breakages
- Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organizing as needed
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
- Manage dishwashing equipment and report any malfunctions
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of the dish area
- Support teamwork by communicating effectively and contributing to a positive work environment
