Job Duties

  • Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitary
  • Maintain a dry and safe dish area to prevent slips and breakages
  • Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and organizing as needed
  • Follow all safety and hygiene protocols
  • Manage dishwashing equipment and report any malfunctions
  • Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness of the dish area
  • Support teamwork by communicating effectively and contributing to a positive work environment
