Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized
- Maintain a dry and safe dish area to prevent slips and accidents
- Assist kitchen staff by promptly cleaning used items
- Organize and stack clean dishes properly
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor dishwashing equipment and report malfunctions
- Support team members to maintain kitchen cleanliness
