Job Duties
- Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Monitor and ensure the dish area is dry and safe to prevent slips and accidents
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness around the workstation
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and report any equipment malfunctions
