Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are clean, spotless, and sanitary
- Maintain cleanliness and dryness of the dishwashing area to prevent slips and breakages
- Assist kitchen staff with clearing and organizing dirty dishes
- Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately
- Monitor dish stock levels and alert management when supplies need replenishment
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to sanitation and workplace safety
