Job Requirements

Job Duties
- ensure dishes, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly washed and sanitized
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area
- keep the dish area dry to prevent slips and accidents
- dispose of waste and recycling properly
- assist kitchen staff as needed with cleaning or organizing
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- report any maintenance issues in the dishwashing area
