Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are clean and sanitary
- Maintain a dry and safe dishwashing area to prevent slips and accidents
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure a smooth flow of clean dishes
- Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with other cleaning duties as assigned
