Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods
- attention to detail
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, glassware, and utensils are clean and sanitary
- maintain a dry and safe dish area to prevent slips and accidents
- assist kitchen staff by providing clean dishware promptly
- follow all health and safety regulations related to cleanliness and sanitation
- organize and maintain dishwashing equipment and supplies
- dispose of trash and recycling properly
- support the team with general cleaning duties when needed
