Job Duties
- Ensure dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain the dish area dry to prevent slips and breakages
- Properly operate dishwashing machines and handle cleaning supplies safely
- Assist in organizing and maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dish areas
- Follow health and safety protocols consistently
- Support team members by promptly clearing and cleaning used items
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
