Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are clean and sanitary
- Maintain dry and safe dishwashing areas to prevent slips and accidents
- Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to support overall kitchen operations
- Dispose of waste and take part in cleaning the kitchen and work areas
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
- Monitor dishwasher equipment and report any malfunctions
- Assist in stocking and organizing kitchen supplies as needed
