Job Requirements

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a similar role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned thoroughly and sanitized
Maintain a dry and safe dishwashing area to prevent slips and breakages
Dispose of waste and clean kitchen and dishwashing areas regularly
Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and prep tasks as needed
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Monitor dishwashing machines and report maintenance issues
Support team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
