Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- maintain a clean and dry dishwashing area to prevent slips and hazards
- load and unload dishwashing machines efficiently
- assist in organizing kitchen stock and supplies when necessary
- follow all safety and sanitation guidelines as per company standards
- support kitchen staff with additional cleaning tasks as needed
- monitor and report any maintenance issues with dishwashing equipment
