Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitary
- Maintain a dry and safe dishwashing area to prevent accidents
- Operate dishwashing machines and clean kitchen tools efficiently
- Support kitchen and service teams by timely cleaning and restocking
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with maintaining general cleanliness of the kitchen and dish area
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly
