Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred but not required

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully
Job Duties
- Ensure dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools are clean and sanitary
- Maintain the cleanliness and dryness of dishwashing and kitchen areas to ensure safety
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
- Remove food debris and clean dining ware promptly
- Assist kitchen staff as needed to support food preparation cleanliness standards
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management
