Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved with dishwashing and bussing
- Effective communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards at all times
Job Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including dish storage and cleaning supplies
- Assist with food preparation and ingredients as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow for kitchen staff
- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
- Set and reset tables according to dining room standards and guest preferences
- Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining promptly
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors and restrooms
- Support the front of house team during busy periods to ensure a positive dining experience for guests
