The Dishwasher/Busser position is a pivotal dual-role within the hotel that bridges the back-of-house kitchen operations and the front-of-house restaurant dining area. This role primarily supports the kitchen by ensuring all dishware, utensils, pots, and pans are meticulously cleaned and organized, which keeps the kitchen environment efficient and hygienic. Simultaneously, the busser side of the role focuses on enhancing the dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining room, clearing and resetting tables promptly, assisting servers with food delivery, and supporting guests throughout their dining experience.

As a Dishwasher/Busser, you will be integral to maintaining a smooth workflow between kitchen and dining areas, contributing to the overall efficiency and guest satisfaction of the hotel’s restaurant operations. This position demands physical stamina for long standing periods, frequent bending, and lifting, along with the ability to work under fast-paced and sometimes challenging environmental conditions such as heat and wet areas. Additionally, flexibility in scheduling, including availability during nights, holidays, and weekends, is essential to meet the operational demands of a hospitality environment that operates around the clock.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
