We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher/Busser to join our dynamic team. The Dishwasher/Busser position provides vital support to the kitchen staff and servers, directly impacting the overall guest experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans efficiently using commercial dishwashing equipment. They will also assist in bussing tables by promptly clearing dishes and utensils after guests finish their meals to maintain a tidy dining space.

In addition to cleaning duties, the Dishwasher/Busser will help maintain the overall cleanliness of the restaurant by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces as needed. They will support food preparation tasks as directed by kitchen staff, including basic cooking and assembling of dishes. This position requires a strong understanding of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves assisting with banquet setups and breakdowns, playing a key part in meeting catering needs effectively during large events. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy service periods.

This job offers flexible employment options, including full-time and part-time schedules, with a starting pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The ideal candidate will have experience in bussing and cleaning within a restaurant or hospitality setting and may possess familiarity with food prep techniques and basic cooking skills. Experience with banquet or catering functions is advantageous, as is a background in culinary arts or hotel hospitality.
