Job Duties
- clean all prep equipment according to sanitation requirements
- clean silverware, glassware and dishes thoroughly
- maintain an organized dish pit
- assist kitchen staff in keeping line and prep areas clean and organized
- maintain a fast pace to support table turnover
- follow all health and safety regulations
