The Dishwasher role is crucial in supporting the kitchen operations by maintaining a clean and organized dishware supply. You will be responsible for using industrial dishwashing machinery to thoroughly clean all dishes, glassware, and utensils, ensuring they meet the highest standards of sanitation before they reach the dining area. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure to keep up with the restaurant's demand. In addition to machine operation, you will hand wash glassware when necessary, manage waste by emptying and cleaning trash and recycling bins, and rotate dishes to maintain proper hygiene practices. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • capable of standing for long periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays
