Job Duties
- operating dishwashing equipment efficiently and effectively to ensure all dishes, glassware, and silverware are impeccably clean and sanitized
- washing pots, pans, and kitchen tools, ensuring cooks have what they need
- maintaining a clean and organized dish station including sweeping and mopping the kitchen floor and taking out trash
- assisting with basic food prep tasks such as peeling vegetables or stocking ingredients
- adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- ensuring front-of-house has a steady supply of clean dishes
- being ready to start early mornings for breakfast rush preparation
