We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Heart of House Team Members to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and that the kitchen operates efficiently to meet the fast-paced demands of our restaurant. As a Heart of House Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dish room, washing and cleaning tableware, cookware, pots, and pans, as well as other cooking equipment to ensure that our kitchen staff has the tools they need to perform at their best. This position calls for individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where cooperation and communication are key.

Job Duties
- wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- keep dish room and equipment clean and organized

- support team members with timely dish room operations

- perform tasks during weekends and holidays as required
