Trilogy at Vistancia is currently seeking a part-time Dishwasher for their Golf Shop and V's Taproom department. This critical role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, ensuring that all restaurant equipment, utensils, and kitchenware are cleaned and organized following strict safety and hygiene standards. The Dishwasher will report directly to the Food & Beverage Supervisor and will play a vital role in supporting kitchen operations. This position offers a pay rate of $15.00 per hour and provides an excellent opportunity for those interested in working in a dynamic food service environment within a prestigious community setting. The Dishwasher position demands a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Responsibilities include scraping and washing dishes, glasses, pots, and pans either manually or using dishwashing machines, as well as properly storing all cleaned items. Additionally, the role involves sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, cleaning various kitchen surfaces like worktables and refrigerators, and managing waste by disposing of garbage correctly and maintaining garbage containers. The Dishwasher is also expected to support other kitchen and banquet staff by assisting with tasks such as washing and peeling vegetables and setting up banquet tables when needed. Working in this role requires awareness of food safety procedures and the ability to adhere to sanitation guidelines rigorously. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations. They should be motivated, capable of self-direction, and demonstrate initiative, making decisions based on sound judgment. The role is physically demanding and involves standing for most of the shift, lifting objects, and working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is valued. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.
