Job Description
Trilogy at Vistancia is a distinguished community located in Peoria, Arizona, approximately 40 minutes west of Scottsdale and northwest of downtown Phoenix. It is known for its exceptional golf club, community-centered features, and high-quality amenities. The community is comprised of three main club experiences: the Golf Club, Kiva Club, and the Mita Club, each offering unique opportunities for relaxation, recreation, and social engagement. Trilogy at Vistancia is home to the renowned Trilogy Golf Club, an elegant golf course that serves as the original community centerpiece. The facility features a state-of-the-art golf shop and is accompanied by V's Taproom, a feature restaurant renowned for its inviting atmosphere and quality cuisine. Additionally, guests and residents have access to the full-service Alvea Spa and various venues that host events and weddings, open to the public.
Trilogy at Vistancia is currently seeking a part-time Dishwasher for their Golf Shop and V's Taproom department. This critical role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, ensuring that all restaurant equipment, utensils, and kitchenware are cleaned and organized following strict safety and hygiene standards. The Dishwasher will report directly to the Food & Beverage Supervisor and will play a vital role in supporting kitchen operations. This position offers a pay rate of $15.00 per hour and provides an excellent opportunity for those interested in working in a dynamic food service environment within a prestigious community setting.
The Dishwasher position demands a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Responsibilities include scraping and washing dishes, glasses, pots, and pans either manually or using dishwashing machines, as well as properly storing all cleaned items. Additionally, the role involves sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, cleaning various kitchen surfaces like worktables and refrigerators, and managing waste by disposing of garbage correctly and maintaining garbage containers. The Dishwasher is also expected to support other kitchen and banquet staff by assisting with tasks such as washing and peeling vegetables and setting up banquet tables when needed.
Working in this role requires awareness of food safety procedures and the ability to adhere to sanitation guidelines rigorously. The successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth kitchen operations. They should be motivated, capable of self-direction, and demonstrate initiative, making decisions based on sound judgment. The role is physically demanding and involves standing for most of the shift, lifting objects, and working in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is valued. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- one to three months of related experience preferred
- current Food Handlers Card
- ability to communicate positively and effectively with team members and supervisors about job tasks and responsibilities
