Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry up to 70 lbs
- Able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift
- Occasionally push and pull to move equipment, mops, and brooms
- Able to work variable temperature environments
- Available to work evenings, days, holidays, weekdays, weekends, and overtime as needed

Job Duties
- Use hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping kitchen wares storage organized
- Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans
