Job Duties
- Maintain all dishes, pots, pans, trays, silverware, glasses, equipment, utensils, kitchen and work area in a clean and sanitized condition
- Keep the dishwashing machine station, three compartment sinks and related areas clean
- Assist kitchen staff with utility tasks as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines for cleaning and sanitation
- Properly handle and operate dishwashing equipment
- Dispose of waste and recyclable materials appropriately
