Employees are also eligible to participate in a 401k retirement plan with a company match of 3%, encouraging long-term financial growth and stability. Additional perks include paid time off, volunteer hours, a 30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, and access to wellness services through onsite medical centers catering to the health needs of team members over 18 years of age.
