- Some experience in food service
- availability to work weekends
- physical ability to bend, climb, reach, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly
- ability to work on feet for an 8 hour shift
- willingness to complete background screening
- provide direct deposit information
- able to work daytime hours including occasional evenings
- reliable transportation to work location

Job Duties
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine
- hand wash and sanitize all pots and pans
- unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
- clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
- follow sanitation policies at all times
- capable of bending, climbing, reaching, stooping, and moving quickly
- ability to go up and down stairs
- sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled
- work in hot, humid environment and on feet for an 8 hour shift
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- empty trash containers regularly
