Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • Work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Read and write handwritten notes
  • Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
  • Walk or stand 100% of shift
  • Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Demonstrated discipline and self-motivation
  • Ability to follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
  • Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective actions
  • Use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • Safely and correctly operate all equipment
  • Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
  • Sort all dishware and flatware carefully to prevent loss or disposal
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
  • Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Handle all glassware and dishware carefully to eliminate breakage
  • Empty all kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
  • Assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
  • Assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
  • Assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
  • Maintain kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
  • Clean and maintain all mats
  • Assist other team members as needed or when business demands
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious work climate
  • Remain friendly and able to smile during work shifts
  • Communicate clearly with guests and team members
  • Dress according to dress guidelines, appearing neat, clean and professional at all times
