Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- Work in noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
- Read and write handwritten notes
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Move about facility and stand for long periods of time
- Walk or stand 100% of shift
- Reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Demonstrated discipline and self-motivation
- Ability to follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters and take corrective actions
- Use all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- Safely and correctly operate all equipment
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
- Sort all dishware and flatware carefully to prevent loss or disposal
- Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Handle all glassware and dishware carefully to eliminate breakage
- Empty all kitchen trash and maintain trash cans
- Assist other kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
- Assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- Assist with prep and banquet items as directed by management
- Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- Maintain kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
- Clean and maintain all mats
- Assist other team members as needed or when business demands
- Maintain a favorable working relationship with all team members to promote a cooperative and harmonious work climate
- Remain friendly and able to smile during work shifts
- Communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Dress according to dress guidelines, appearing neat, clean and professional at all times
