Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to work varied hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid food handler's card in compliance with local and state regulations
- Strong work ethic and dependability
- Ability to lift moderately heavy items and stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Work a flexible schedule as business needs vary
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards according to regulations
- Handle and operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
- Assist in maintaining stock and supplies for the kitchen area
