Job Requirements

- Prior experience in kitchen or restaurant environment preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and hot kitchen environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow health and safety protocols

- Previous kitchen, restaurant, or similar experience preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments under pressure
- Ability to handle kitchen equipment and machinery safely

- Physical stamina for prolonged standing and lifting heavy items
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using appropriate methods and machinery
- Inspect and sort dishes before washing
- Dry and store cleaned items in their designated places
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces including countertops, sinks, and floors
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Regularly clean dishwashing machines and kitchen appliances
- Assist with cleaning large pots, pans, and utensils
- Restock cleaning supplies and detergents
- Notify management of low supplies
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean equipment during service
- Assist with food prep tasks as needed
- Remove dirty items quickly to maintain workspace
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely
