Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or 1 year of experience

- Wears approved certified slip resistant or non-slip shoes
- Complies with safety and sanitation, code of conduct, work rules, and management instructions
- Complies with hygiene and personal grooming requirements

- Participates in required trainings and completes examinations
- Frequent lifting, moving and carrying of items up to 70 pounds
- Regular and prolonged standing and walking

- Constant bending, stooping and turning
- Exposure to hot and damp temperature fluctuations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or 1 year of experience
- Ability to operate dishwashing machinery
- Basic interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to listen and speak basic English
- Ability to read and comprehend basic data sources, work instructions, policies, and procedures in English
- Team player with a can-do mindset
Job Duties
- Washes, places, sets up and maintains tableware in accordance with cleaning and sanitation standards
- Receives, replenishes, and rotates stock according to back-of-house operating manuals
- Performs all cleaning and sanitation of kitchen-related items, equipment, designated spaces and waste materials
- Responsible for setting up dish machine in the morning and closing down machine in the evening, reports and troubleshoots dish machine malfunctions
- Performs other work activities as requested by management to support the safe and efficient operation of the restaurant
