Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance of state law
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to work different shifts including holidays, nights and weekends
- Must be able to work overtime as required
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful and busy times
- Must be able to use cleaning compounds and cleaning products
- Exercise sound judgment and possess good problem solving skills
- Ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time
- Must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance of state law

Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment
- Perform utility and maintenance duties as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Use cleaning compounds and products safely and effectively
- Exercise sound judgment and problem solving skills
- Assist kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety regulations
