Job Requirements

must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance of state law
must be eligible to work in the United States
ability to walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time
must be able to use cleaning compounds and cleaning products
must be able to work different shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
must have good communication skills
ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful or busy times
must be able to use cleaning compounds and cleaning products
exercise sound judgment and possess good problem solving skills
ability to walk, sit, and stand for long periods

Job Duties

wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
perform utility and maintenance duties as assigned
ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
support the culinary team by preparing kitchenware for use
assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment
follow cleaning protocols and use cleaning compounds safely
manage waste disposal according to restaurant policies
