Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older or in accordance of state law
  • must be eligible to work in the United States
  • ability to walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time
  • must be able to use cleaning compounds and cleaning products
  • must be able to work different shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
  • must have good communication skills
  • ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred
  • ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during stressful or busy times
  • must be able to use cleaning compounds and cleaning products
  • exercise sound judgment and possess good problem solving skills

Job Duties

  • wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
  • perform utility and maintenance duties as assigned
  • ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
  • support the culinary team by preparing kitchenware for use
  • assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment
  • follow cleaning protocols and use cleaning compounds safely
  • manage waste disposal according to restaurant policies
