Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physically able to perform kitchen duties including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
basic understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices
positive attitude and strong work ethic
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

passion for cooking and attention to detail
enthusiasm for using local organic and artisanal ingredients
willingness to learn and grow culinary skills
ability to work well in a team environment
excellent communication and collaboration skills
previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred but not required
