Job Duties
- wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and silverware
- empty trash receptacles and remove trash to designated pickup areas
- clean appliances, sweep, and mop floors
- restock kitchen items and place clean dishes and utensils in storage
- maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly conditions
- clean garbage cans and floor mats with water or steam
- maintain and take care of dish machine
- understand and follow good sanitation practices according to health department and Hamco standards
- maintain positive communication and great working relationships with team members
