able to lift minimum of 10 lbs
food handler certificate preferred
at least 1 year of related work experience preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
reliable and punctual
good communication skills

Job Duties

Empty kitchen garbage/trash and sanitize containers as needed
check in, unpack, and store dry goods, cleaning supplies, and cold stock
wash kitchen equipment, pots, and dishes to maintain cleanliness
assist kitchen staff with receiving and unpacking vendor deliveries
maintain general kitchen sanitation to ensure food safety
support the team in stock organization and kitchen maintenance
follow all safety and hygiene protocols
