The part-time Dishwasher position plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the hotel's restaurants. The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring all kitchenware, pots, pans, and utensils are washed, sanitized, and organized to meet the highest standards. This role includes operating the dishwashing machine effectively, managing waste disposal by emptying garbage cans, and contributing to the overall cleanliness of the dish area and kitchen. In addition, the Dishwasher supports safety by maintaining clean floors and handling cleaning chemicals with care. The position requires flexibility to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Beyond technical tasks, this role supports event setups and ensures that dish stations are prepared for seamless service during busy periods.

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils
- Manage clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks
- Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement
- Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties
