- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- availability for weekend and afternoon shifts
- valid food handler's card preferred
- ability to comply with safety standards
- ability to perform physical tasks requiring standing, lifting, and bending
Job Qualifications

- ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
- experience in dishwashing or kitchen support preferred
- physical stamina to stand and perform manual tasks
- good teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and washes them by hand or in dishwasher
- washes pots, pans, and trays ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- polishes silver using designated equipment and procedures
- complies with safety procedures and maintains appropriate chemical levels
- keeps dish area organized and safe
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain sanitation
- cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assists with loading and unloading supplies
- performs other assigned duties
