The Dishwasher role at Din Tai Fung is a vital part of the restaurant's operations, ensuring behind-the-scenes efficiency that supports smooth service. This hourly position, based in Glendale, CA, offers a competitive pay rate of $20.50 per hour and involves responsibilities critical to maintaining cleanliness and organization in a bustling kitchen environment. As a Dishwasher, you will operate both a commercial dishwasher and a traditional 3-compartment sink to wash dishes, utensils, and glassware, ensuring all items are sanitized and ready for use. Beyond cleaning duties, you will assist with maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness, managing trash disposal according to regulations, unloading deliveries, and providing support to other team members as needed.
