Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) manages Dickies Arena, a premier 14,000-seat multipurpose venue located in Fort Worth, Texas. The arena opened in November 2019 and hosts a variety of events including concerts, sporting events, family entertainment, and the Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances. As a state-of-the-art facility, Dickies Arena embodies modern hospitality and entertainment, delivering exceptional experiences to visitors from across Texas and beyond. We are seeking a part-time Culinary Dishwasher to join the robust team at Dickies Arena. This role is vital to the smooth operation of the arena's culinary services, as it supports kitchen operations by ensuring all dishware and culinary tools meet stringent sanitation standards. The Culinary Dishwasher will operate dishwashing machinery and maintain cleanliness throughout different culinary spaces within the arena including preparation and pantry areas. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced event environment. Candidates will work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the varied schedule of events at the venue.

Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Effective communication skills with management, guests, and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Capability to stand, walk, travel stairs during shifts
- Willingness to work in fluctuating temperatures and noisy conditions
- Ability to safely handle sharp objects, hot equipment, and hazardous chemicals
Job Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Job Duties
- Work in culinary, preparation, and pantry spaces throughout the arena
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including dishwashing machines, hand-wash stations, and pot scrubbing stations
- Thoroughly complete all station set-up and breakdown responsibilities
- Ensure clean dishware is stored
- Clean and maintain sanitation areas
- Practice proper work procedures, safety, and sanitation standards
- Maintain the organization of all chemicals and cleaning supplies, including the proper storage of mops, brooms, etc.
- Be comfortable with the arena and know how to navigate personally, as well as assist guests
- Support any other Food & Beverage departments as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
